UAE-based ADCAN Pharma announced 5 licensing and local-manufacturing agreements or binding term sheets at CPHI Milan, held 6–8 October 2026. The counterparties are Greece’s Elpen, Alvion and Genepharm, India’s Inventia, and Taiwan’s Lotus.
The arrangements cover cardiovascular disease, diabetes and oncology, with intended licensing, technology transfer and local-manufacturing partnerships. ADCAN said they aim to expand its portfolio and strengthen pharmaceutical production in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East; the announcement does not say manufacturing has begun.
