Abu Dhabi awards Conduent transport-systems contract worth over AED 300 million

Abu Dhabi’s Integrated Transport Centre (Abu Dhabi Mobility) awarded Conduent Business Solutions S.A.S. a contract for an Automated Vehicle Management system and an integrated digital fare-collection system, as part of an investment of more than AED 300 million in next-generation public transport.
The planned vehicle system is to monitor buses and journeys in real time. The fare system is intended to accept bank cards, digital payments and QR codes. Abu Dhabi described the project as under development; it did not say the new systems had entered service.
