# EAU introduce l’accreditamento diretto per i fornitori di fatturazione elettronica

Il Ministero delle Finanze degli EAU ha pubblicato il 9 ottobre la Decisione ministeriale n. 168 del 2026 sull’accreditamento dei fornitori di fatturazione elettronica. È entrata in vigore il 1 ottobre 2026, abroga la Decisione n. 64 del 2025 e le modifiche, inclusa la n. 56 del 2026, e sostituisce la pre-approvazione con l’accreditamento diretto dopo valutazione e test.

I fornitori possono usare prodotti Peppol di terzi e affidare all’esterno attività specifiche, restando responsabili di conformità e servizio. Chi aveva un’approvazione preliminare disponeva di un massimo di 30 giorni dal 1 ottobre 2026 per accreditarsi, secondo le condizioni transitorie.
