## Responsabilidades de ejecución

El paquete de construcción comunicado define las responsabilidades del contratista. Obras civiles, instalaciones, montaje y puesta en marcha pueden corresponder a distintos contratistas o socios. El presupuesto total del proyecto es diferente del contrato de una empresa. Adjudicación, movilización, recepción y operación son hitos separados; fechas y capacidad previstas siguen siendo futuras hasta que el propietario confirme la entrega. El alcance documentado importa al comparar un contratista civil, un gestor de construcción y un proveedor integrado de diseño y construcción.
