## Biography and career

Teri McKibbon joined Bird Construction as Chief Operating Officer in June 2017 and became President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2019. Before joining Bird, he spent two decades in senior management and executive positions at a national Canadian general contractor, including its President and CEO role during his final two years there. Bird’s official biography describes more than 35 years of construction-industry experience. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and serves on boards and committees in Calgary.
